Quality Assurance for Webflow Sites

We’ll proactively audit your site on an ongoing basis and fix accessibility, usability, performance, and SEO issues. We’ll also help clean up your class naming and provide video tutorials for site management.

This Quality Assurance service for Webflow sites will ensure that your site is fully optimized, tested, and working correctly on an ongoing basis. We'll proactively check for accessibility, usability, and performance issues as well as test on different browsers and devices.

Client Portal

You'll get access to our client portal so that you can submit requests and track their progress. You can also add your team members to the portal.

Task Requests

You can make 10 custom requests per month for content updates or technical support.

Performance and Usability Enhancements

We'll audit your site on an ongoing basis for any performance and accessibility issues.

SEO Optimizations

Ongoing on-page SEO optimizations will be conducted each month as needed.

Browser Compatibility Tests

We'll test your site on different browsers and devices to ensure a consistent cross-platform expierence.

Ongoing Support & Troubleshooting

You'll always have an experienced Webflow Specialist that's just an email away to help solve any technical issues.

Documentation & Video Tutorials

We'll build a website wiki of video tutorials and guides on how to manage and update the site.

Communication is done primarily asynchronously via the Request Portal, Loom videos, and the occasional email.

Testing your site on real devices

Your site probably already works great on large devices like the iPhone 14 Pro and Galaxy S23 with default settings, but does it work well on an iPhone 12 Mini with Low Power Mode turned on? We test for these scenarios on actual devices to ensure that all of your site visitors have a consistent experience.

We'll test your site using Samsung Internet on a Z Flip5. When Dark Mode is enabled, Samsung Internet changes the color of websites to match the dark theme. Checking for sufficient contrast in dark mode is an important QA item for accessibility.

Large phone

Pixel 7 Pro

We'll test your site using Google Chrome on a Pixel 7 Pro. This is a larger phone with a lot of space to display your content. In this test, we'll evaluate the usability of sections that use viewport based units for their height.

Small phone

iPhone 12 Mini

We'll test your site using Safari on an iPhone 12 Mini. This is a small phone which is useful for testing potential overflow issues on your site. We'll focus on evaluating content density and white space as well as site performance when low power mode is enabled in iOS.

Asynchronous Communication

Communication is done primarily asynchronously via the Request Portal, Loom videos, and the occasional email. The Client Portal is where requests can be organized and tracked. Most messaging will also happen in the Request Portal, so we can easily refer to specific requests and create organized threads for each conversation.

Fast Responses

You'll get a response to most requests within 48 hours. Because tasks are tracked in the Request Portal, there will always be a record of what work is being done in a given month.

Website Knowledge Base

Developing and documenting processes for website management is beneficial for teams who have multiple people contributing to the site as well as for future developers. If anyone has a question or needs onboarding training, the Knowledge Base will be the first stop to find answers and learn the processes.

Can you build new sites as part of this monthly service?

The Quality Assurance service does not include design and development of new sites. For new websites, check out our Design & Development service or contact us for a custom quote.

Is there a flat rate option for these services?

If you prefer a flat rate or project based pricing option, feel free to contact us for a custom quote based on your project scope.

What is the average turnaround time for a request?

Turnaround time for an individual request depends on the scope and complexity of the request. An estimated completion date will be added to each request once reviewed. Most requests can be completed within the same week that they are requested.

Who will be fulfilling our requests?

You'll work directly with Matthew on all requests. Matthew is an experienced web designer who also works as a Technical Support Specialist at Webflow.

Can we invite you to our Slack?

Yes! You can invite Matthew to a Slack channel in your workspace to talk about the work on your website(s).

How often do you perform Quality Assurance?

Quality Assurance will be performed on an ongoing basis without the need for direction on a weekly basis. We'll document all work done within the Request Portal.

Can our plan be paused?

You can request a pause on your plan at any time by contacting us.

What are your work hours?

Our typical working hours are from 3pm to 6pm Pacific Time. So most of our responses and work will be performed during that time frame.

How many clients can you serve at a time?

We have capacity for a total of about 5 clients at a time and are actively working with 4 at this time.
